In this exceptional building, the Maison Cartier wanted, through this project, to develop a common space to preserve the art of watchmaking. The place offers enough to inspire artists A Bernese-style farmhouse that has been completely renovated to meet today's technology while remaining in keeping with its history and materials, this house is located just a few steps from the Cartier manufacturing site. The local architects, located in La-Chaux-de-Fonds, were charged with the task of making this space luminous in order to meet the requirements of a fine watchmaking workshop. IThey created a skylight with open floors, allowing natural light to illuminate the various production workshops, the representation rooms and the luxurious showroom. Emergency lighting concept
The emergency lighting system installed during this renovation is based on the use of more than 20 autonomous flags spread over the 5 levels of the building and on the adaptation of about 60 light points of the main contractor in order to fulfill the emergency function in case of network failure
All our installed flags are equipped with LED technology. This method allows us to offer long life and low energy consumption installations, in line with the expectations of our time and the desire to provide environmentally friendly installations.
